NetWebLogic was founded by Marcus Sykes in 2008, specialising in consulting with small and medium businesses to establish and increase their online presence through development, design, SEO and digital marketing.
We originally began making bespoke solutions, but over the years we witnessed the power of open source — how community-driven platforms bring effective, in-demand solutions to the masses. The idea that we could share our work and build even better solutions as a result was all too appealing. After all, we love coding.
We're strong believers in open-source software and continuously use and contribute to a range of projects, particularly the WordPress CMS platform. WordPress became our platform of choice, and we recommend it for almost any website project we take on.
We also actively maintain a number of popular WordPress plugins. Working with WordPress sites became our specialty — and in 2011, due to popular demand, we launched a premium add-on for our most popular plugin, Events Manager, letting us keep developing our plugins and contributing to the open-source community.
